Emily Taylor

Senior Fundraising Consultant

Emily is a Senior Fundraising Consultant with near two decades of experience in fundraising across Aotearoa New Zealand and the UK. Emily has a deep knowledge of best – practise fundraising, and first-hand experience helping non-profits unlock their fundraising potential.

Emily began her fundraising career at ChildFund New Zealand, where she developed expertise in donor acquisition, donor development and retention strategies, and integrated campaign planning and implementation.  After several years in the sector, a stint back in the UK saw Emily take on senior fundraising roles in charities including Amnesty International, Age UK and Off the Record.

Returning to New Zealand, Emily had a desire to have even more impact for non-profits, and made the move into fundraising consultancy with Inspiration Point. There, she worked alongside a wide range of national and regional non-profits to strengthen their fundraising capability, develop sustainable fundraising income streams, and support teams through periods of change and fundraising growth.

Emily is passionate about fundraising but especially loves partnering with non-profits to create fundraising strategies, team mentoring to build capacity in all areas of fundraising and helping non-profits embrace the joy of fundraising.
