Josie brings a wealth of experience to her role as Fundraising Consultant, including five years of fundraising experience in the UK and five years spent in the New Zealand corporate world.

Her recent role as a leader within the marketing and communications team at Lone Star Café & Bar franchise group has equipped her with invaluable business acumen and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies. During her time in the UK, Josie worked at and contributed to several prominent fundraising creative agencies, including Signal and Campfire, and collaborated with esteemed organisations such as the British Heart Foundation, Macmillan Cancer Support, and Alzheimer’s Society.

Josie’s passion lies in cultivating loyal and sustainable regular giving programmes for not-for-profits. Recognising the pivotal role of stewardship, she champions genuine relationships with donors, acknowledging the nuances of donor engagement and the importance of fostering authentic connections.

Josie is committed to sharing her wealth of international fundraising insights and learnings to empower our clients in achieving tangible impact.
