Lindsay is The Fundraising Agency’s Operations Manager, responsible for ensuring the business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Lindsay has worked in the not-for-profit sector since 2019, beginning in the Finance team at Whānau Awhina Plunket, ensuring that all grants were spent as required and all financial accountabilities prepared. She developed an understanding of and appreciation for the critical role that fundraising plays in ensuring that not-for-profits can support the vulnerable communities they serve. 

A true champion of efficiency, Lindsay thrives on refining systems and processes to maximise benefits for all involved, ensuring seamless operations and fulfilment of everyone’s needs. 

Her penchant for problem-solving, coupled with her warm and approachable demeanour, ensures that both the team and clients receive nothing short of exemplary service, characterised by a commitment to excellence and a genuine desire to foster meaningful connections.
