Back in 2018, TFA made a bold move, becoming just the second company in New Zealand to embrace the 4-day work week. The goal? To give our team more time to rest, recharge, and truly log off. Fast forward seven years, and let’s just say, we’re not looking back!

With fewer days in the office the TFA team can really prioritise and have no choice but to eliminate unnecessary tasks. This leads to sharper execution and faster results. It reflects our belief that sustainable, high-impact work comes from well-rested, motivated people. This approach is part of our DNA: working smarter, not longer!

Giving everyone an extra day off each week hasn’t just helped our work life balance and boosted moral, it’s made TFA a magnet for top talent. In a competitive industry, that’s a pretty big deal.

Curious how it’s changed life for our team? Check out our video below to hear.

And now, the real question: What would you do with an extra day each week? 🏖️🧘‍♀️🎨🍳
